As etapas para implementar a Qualidade na Formação

18 Julho, 2008

“The principal stages in implementing ISO 10015 were the following:

1. Conduct gap analysis.

2. Walk though all training processes, interviews with processes owners, drawing up draft processes, integrating HR policies, training programmes, Ernst & Young Middle East Office’s training policies, terms and conditions, and staff manual with the quality and training management system. This was made easier by the fact that although we are not ISO 9001:2000 certified, the standard’s concepts form the basis for our quality manual.

3. Prepare support documents and design training processes.

4. ISO 10015 awareness training.

5. Prepare training forms (or fine-tune the existing ones).

6. Issue all documents

7. Implementation.

8. Train internal auditors.

9. Conduct internal audit on the established system.

10. Corrective actions.

11. Certification audit.”

Assegurar o ROI na Formação

11 Julho, 2008

“How to measure Return on Investment (ROI)?

Measuring return on investment in training is difficult but not impossible. ASTD (American Society for Training & Development) started to collect data on companies training investments since 1997 on a continuous basis in order to find answers to the question: does it pay to do training?

ISO 10015: the new solution to the quality question

Realising the need for more sector specific guidance of quality assurance of training, a working group was created within ISO to draft a guideline standard for training. Twenty-two country representatives developed the draft text over several years culminating in the publication of a final official standard ISO 10015 issued by the ISO secretariat in December 1999.”

Os 4 níveis de avaliação da formação

28 Maio, 2008

“The four levels of Kirkpatrick’s evaluation model essentially measure:

reaction of student - what they thought and felt about the training

learning - the resulting increase in knowledge or capability

behaviour - extent of behaviour and capability improvement and implementation/application

results - the effects on the business or environment resulting from the trainee’s performance”
